I have seen this forum before but never joined. I was talking to Reese this morning. He was telling me about this cool place where people are making functional nasty autos like you'd see on video games and fantasy. Anyways... I collect "tactical" knives and I'm notorious on places like BF and JD for cutting wave hooks in anything that is tip up carry. I'm on my way to becoming a knifemaker. Once I get a respirator, I'll be making carbon fiber knives... Commonly referred to as "frequent fliers". I have lots of youtube reviews and how to stuff here: https://www.youtube.com/FTWCM

The X was to cross out an inverted pentagram on my arm.

I noticed, the "X" looks good though.
Plus, that being said, it'll make these goons on the forum give your youtube page some views

Thanks Ox. I'm a big fan of Ti framelocks and SA OTFs. Here's one of my favorites.

Very nice knife in concept, looks could be made better though. Just my humble opinion.

Daltons are an aquired taste. They aren't nearly as "refined" as Microtech, but they make up for it in snap.

Here's one I put together about 6 years ago, I had no tools but a Dremel and was still trying to teach myself how to build automatics.
It's one of my knives I need to go back and re-build now that I have better tools and better skills. Not saying I'm great or anything, but I'm a little better now.
It works, but it's a pretty rough build, again...all I had was a Dremel. Would be nice to see a quality version of this design.
And welcome to our forum

Thanks for the welcomes. Within a year, I hope to be doing business as "Freeman's (<-- my last name) Tactical Weapons" and my mark will be FTW-CM.
Also... looks like I have a negative 1 on my reputation. Don't know what I did...
Also known as a Retractable Forearm Dagger, Xiphoid is a class of weapons with a blade that is retractable into a forearm worn wristband/bracer sheath. Designed for swift and quick surprise attacks. It is notable for being evolved from the Katar and the Pata, punching swords with the blade sitting inline with the users fist..
There's two kinds of people in this world when you boil it all down.
You've got your 'talkers' and you've got your 'doers'.
Most people are just talkers, all they got is talk. But when all is said and done, it's the doers who change this world. And when they do that, they change us. And thats why we never forget them...
So which one are you? Do you just talk about it or do you stand up and do something about it? Because believe you me, all the rest of it is just bullshit.
