| I often sing the praise of C&D. You can build almost anything out of Cardboard & Ductape! It's also wonderful as a indoor knife-throwing target.
Take a wood board and a couple of Pizza boxes. Open the boxes flat, tape accross the middle and around the edges and secure them to the front of the board. That's it! DONE! Start throwing!
You need about 3-4 layers of cardboard to start. After it starts getting chewed up get some more cardboard and tape right over the other layers making it thicker. Cardboard you can get free or cheap. Around here you can go to your local Liquor store on the days they get their shipments in and they have hundreds of boxes you can take for free. Pizza boxes work great for the size targets I have.
Shut up and build something!! Insanity is wasting your life as a nothing when you have the blood of a killer flowing in your veins. Insanity is being shit on, beat down, coasting through life on a miserable existence when you have a caged lion locked inside and the key to release it. |

| I don't throw as often as I used to. I walk with a cane, and hate going to fetch the knives after I've thrown them.
the box/tape stack sounds like a good idea.

| I had a cardboard box, 2 feet high, and 3 feet wide. It was standing in my room, and I still managed to miss it. I guess making a really big target is necessary if you're a noob like me. |

| Yeah Iri, I learnt that the hard way. Ended up getting cocky thinking I could hit the target right away, ended up bending the tip of the knives. (Luckily they were only cheap ones to start off with..) But alas, after heating and bending them back a few times, I learnt to throw them, after Christmas I want to get a really nice set and play around with those. But an indoor target's awesome, solves the boredom problems on a rainy day. Even got my Grandad to throw them with me! H-B |

| | XIPHOIDS | Also known as a Retractable Forearm Dagger, Xiphoid is a class of weapons with a blade that is retractable into a forearm worn wristband/bracer sheath. Designed for swift and quick surprise attacks. It is notable for being evolved from the Katar and the Pata, punching swords with the blade sitting inline with the users fist.. |
| Doers and Talkers | | There's two kinds of people in this world when you boil it all down.
You've got your 'talkers' and you've got your 'doers'.
Most people are just talkers, all they got is talk. But when all is said and done, it's the doers who change this world. And when they do that, they change us. And thats why we never forget them...
So which one are you? Do you just talk about it or do you stand up and do something about it? Because believe you me, all the rest of it is just bullshit. |
