Hello, everyone of ExoticAutomatic. I joined this forum because I love weaponry of all types (with the possible exception of clubs) and because I have a mind that cannot stop thinking; it's worse than a nagging wife or mother (no offense meant, anyone) and when I see something of interest, off it goes on a tangent, theorizing on how to improve, alter, recreate, etc. Some say that there's a fine line between genius and insanity and that there are those who walk it; I tend to think I bounce around on it like a super ball on speed. I'll have flashes of insight regarding some things, but not completely understand them (like the concept for a faster-than-light drive capable of interplanetary, if not interstellar, travel), which makes me glad beyond words that I've found a site where I can hopefully come to understand some of what goes on in my own mind. *Looks back* Yeah... I think I missed the point of introducing myself with that, so I'll get back to the point of just saying that I'm new here. First and foremost, I'm a writer in the process of finishing my first novel, so if I ever descend into a rant of such matters, don't worry... I'm not that crazy. I may be only 19, but I have a natural inquisitiveness that's led me to learn about anything that catches my interest, ranging from languages, cultures, fighting styles, weaponry, history, technology, etc. (though a cultural wasteland and lack of funds make it difficult to seriously pursue any of these in a practical application) and a perfectionist-OCD outlook ensures I research such things into oblivion before I ask for help, so I hope I won't be too much of an annoyance on the occasions I ask for assistance.
