| I boot carried a CS small Counter Tac for 6 months in the inverted position. In my avatar, you can see I carried a CS Urban Shiv in the normal tip down. I can say that I prefer inverted. This way means you don't have to hike your pants up so much to draw. It also puts the knife into a reverse grip from the draw. I tried both orientations with a boot knife I recently made and I'm still digging inverted. | |

| It would depend on how you are comfortable drawing your knife, but I would have mine tip down, with the handle facing a little out towards the front so when I draw it Its automatically reversed. It also saves an extra second on pulling it out. What did you make your knife out of? | |

| Very impressive. It has an amazing polish, but i'm curious why you put a tanto design into a boot knife? Its not a bad idea, but most people just don't like tactical quality I suppose lol. | |

| I wear them just like on your avatar, but usually on my leg, instead of connected to my boot. | |

| I don't realy have boots (that I wear) to put a knife in yet. Because the pair I was going to get the order got messed up, :fty: so I said fuck it and am buying more knives with the money but I do have a cheapy pocket knife that is in my sock that has the clip holding it on the outside. Shure it may not be the quickest method but it works and I don't realy have a whole lot of other ways to do so without boots and doesn't require a special harness or anything like that. | |

| I just drop a pair of these into the Butterfly Jackboots I wear around: Sure, being comprised of nothing but plastic, they're flimsy, but they wouldn't sound the alarm passing through metal-detectors {plus they can cut like a motherfucker}.I'm not encouraging anyone to try to slip stuff past security, because you can *will* get yourself into some serious shit if you get caught doing that, so, uh, yeah, don't do that. Also, the metal of the Butterflies & My Copper necklace/choker don't set the alarms off, and I'm not entirely sure why. My best Guess is that metal-detectors only detect certain metals. Either that, or every one I've walked through was malfunctioning. | |

| Same here Jer.
I carry a CS scimitar spike on my belt (hip) downcarry inverted position. Just looped some paracord through the sheath.
I switch blades up every now and then & I also carry a CS double agent right to the left of my privates, using 2 key rings to secure the sheath to my belt loop - draws nicely.
Never liked my blades anywhere below the knee, out of my comfort zone if I needed it quickly. |

| XIPHOIDS | Also known as a Retractable Forearm Dagger, Xiphoid is a class of weapons with a blade that is retractable into a forearm worn wristband/bracer sheath. Designed for swift and quick surprise attacks. It is notable for being evolved from the Katar and the Pata, punching swords with the blade sitting inline with the users fist.. |
Doers and Talkers | There's two kinds of people in this world when you boil it all down.
You've got your 'talkers' and you've got your 'doers'.
Most people are just talkers, all they got is talk. But when all is said and done, it's the doers who change this world. And when they do that, they change us. And thats why we never forget them...
So which one are you? Do you just talk about it or do you stand up and do something about it? Because believe you me, all the rest of it is just bullshit. |
