Introduction

Hello, my name is Mike and i´m from austria.

First of all: Please accept my apologies for my bad english. Since i found this forum, "dict.leo.org" is my best friend.

Three weeks ago, i started do design a DAOTF HiddenBlade after i saw a frind playing Assassins Creed 2. I always wanted something like that, so i decided to build one. After the final design was done, i started to mill the parts out of aluminium. It should be finished next week. But there was a problem. I had no clue what trigger mechanism i should use. So i started to google around a little and found this forum.
I was very happy to see that i´m not the only crazy guy in the world who has fun in designing and building complicated weapon mechanisms. And after almost a week of reading,i think its time to write my first post and introduce myself a little.

I enjoy it to read through the threads and see all the different designs. Each of them is in its own way unique, like the person who designed it. that is what i like: different people, different designs and every design has its entitlement because someone thought about a problem and how to solve it.

I´m very pleased to be a part of this forum.
