| haha yea im from Ontario, Canada. were fairly fortunate to not have a whole lot of restricting laws against blades and whatnot. (offnote but we almost have gotten rid of the long run registry). anyways i had it customized for me so it fits my hands better and i am not currently at home but im pretty sure its around the 12inch mark, or a few inches bigger total length. sorry i can\'t be more help. there are some sites that sell repros that may have legit measurements. peesh :) | |

| I had one for a while, a japanese copy, back in the 1970's It is a cool knife, but the one I owned, had a large round handguard. It felt good to hold in your hand but you could not wear it on a belt. The disk like round guard would rub into your side. This is not my knife, just an online photo, but you can see how the round disk guard would be a pain to wear. | |

| XIPHOIDS | Also known as a Retractable Forearm Dagger, Xiphoid is a class of weapons with a blade that is retractable into a forearm worn wristband/bracer sheath. Designed for swift and quick surprise attacks. It is notable for being evolved from the Katar and the Pata, punching swords with the blade sitting inline with the users fist.. |
Doers and Talkers | There's two kinds of people in this world when you boil it all down.
You've got your 'talkers' and you've got your 'doers'.
Most people are just talkers, all they got is talk. But when all is said and done, it's the doers who change this world. And when they do that, they change us. And thats why we never forget them...
So which one are you? Do you just talk about it or do you stand up and do something about it? Because believe you me, all the rest of it is just bullshit. |
