| Good evening to all of you designers and constructors out there. I have been watching this forum a little time know, and since it is closed to the public, I had to join. I am pretty interested into all that stuff you guys plan and build, and do so on my own - well mostly planning, because building any automatic knife, wristblade or stuff like that would be pretty illegal in germany Just a few info about me: I am 22 years old student, who is trying to get his Bachelor in "Chemistry & Biotechnology" right now. Swords, Knifes - anything with a blade - fantasts me since i am about 12 or 13 years old, and so i gained a little collection with the few legal items in germany. My favorite Hobbie besite shooting is planning things that probably will never be build by me (guns, knifes, swords....). This should be enough info for now.....greetings SJ | |

| Greetings and welcome Designing is great as it is. You could help with design and let others take the risk of building them. We're always looking for new ideas. There are other ways around it too....Make it real but use a toy plastic blade...things like that. You could make it and instead of a blade just have a metal ruler....swap it out here and there for a moment of fun. We have a few members in Germany, maybe you guys can help each other out....Bludgot is our German vampire mascot Let us know if you have any questions, take care : : | |

| Hey SJ, Welcome to the forums!! Yeah we like designers as well as builders... In fact at the moment, I'm more or less stuck in designer mode rather than building, so you're in good company Welcome aboard! | |

| XIPHOIDS | Also known as a Retractable Forearm Dagger, Xiphoid is a class of weapons with a blade that is retractable into a forearm worn wristband/bracer sheath. Designed for swift and quick surprise attacks. It is notable for being evolved from the Katar and the Pata, punching swords with the blade sitting inline with the users fist.. |
Doers and Talkers | There's two kinds of people in this world when you boil it all down.
You've got your 'talkers' and you've got your 'doers'.
Most people are just talkers, all they got is talk. But when all is said and done, it's the doers who change this world. And when they do that, they change us. And thats why we never forget them...
So which one are you? Do you just talk about it or do you stand up and do something about it? Because believe you me, all the rest of it is just bullshit. |
